THERE IS NO CRISIS IN ZIMBABWE: PRESIDENT MNANGAGWA

The First Secretary and President His Excellency Cde E.D Mnangagwa has said that there is no crisis in Zimbabwe. President Mnangagwa said this whilst addressing the Principles Executive meeting of the Political Actors Dialogue in Harare where they discussed matters affecting Zimbabwe in order to come up with solutions that will propel the country towards the much needed development of attaining Vision 2030. The opposition MDC A, certain NGOs, CSOs and the international community have been accusing Zimbabwe of having economic and health crises. The Zimbabwean Government is working tirelessly to improve the health sector and the economic front as well with the introduction of the Foreign Exchange Auction that was introduced and is helping in stabilizing prices and foreign currency rates. “I wish to unequivocally state that there is no crisis in Zimbabwe as elections were held in July 2018 and a winner was declared in terms of the country’s Constitution. All contestants were invited to join this dialogue in the national interest,” said the President . President Mnangagwa went on to say that Zimbabwe is still open for business. “The door is still open for those outside. Government continues to make huge strides towards development all round using our limited resources,” he said.
