The Westminster Africa Business Group has paid a courtesy call on President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
The group chairman, Mr Laurence Robertson says they are keen to promote trade between Africa and the UK.
Its work covers all forms of Personal and Site Safety, Anti-Terrorism, Risk Reduction, Defence as well as Homeland Security products and systems.
Speaking after a closed door meeting, Mr Robertson said he was here to promote relations between the two countries.
"We are here to pay a courtesy call on President Mnangagwa and a number of other Ministers with a view to look into how we can increase trade and cooperation and friendship between our two countries," he said.
"It's been a very short visit but a very good visit but we have been welcomed very warmly and the words that have been used are very encouraging, so it's really good to be here. It's actually my first visit to Zimbabwe and it won't be my last."
