The Founder of Johane, the 5th of Africa International Church, Archbishop Dr Andby Makururu, says his church will never allow Zimbabwe to be a colony again.
He made these remarks during a church meeting in Chivhu where he donated 200 chicks towards a chicken breeding project as well as paint to repaint the Chivhu Police Station.
"We as a church love the ruling Party, ZANU PF which is why you heard the song, "Don't separate us because we are one family." Nothing should separate us as we pray for our nation, Zimbabwe. We sang the National Anthem because we respect and value the sacrifices by our heroes and heroines who brought the freedom we enjoy today. This is what we do, and we can never allow Zimbabwe to be a colony again. I will move to every corner of Zimbabwe talking about ZANU PF not because I am a politician but because I was sent to talk about our country and tell you that you should never make the mistake of removing ZANU PF from power or else everything turns over," Archbishop Makururu said.
"When people went to war, they were told that some would die and others would return and bring back the country. Never make the mistake of removing ZANU PF from power or else the dead will rise and the alive die."
Archbishop Makururu encouraged the congregates to never forsake their culture adding that he will not run away from the mandate that he was sent to do.
