ZANU PF Secretary General Cde Obert Mpofu says the West continues its tactics with its recent stance targeted at South Africa.
He also took time to urge the Former Liberation Movements to remain united.
"It seems the Americans are planning their usual tactics of using sanctions against those countries that refuse to be bullied by them. There are frantic efforts to impose sanctions on South Africa, stemming front South Africa's firm stance on ending the war by Israel on Palestine. To justify this planned attack on South Africa, the Americans have come up with several reasons amongst them South Africa's participation in the Julius Nyerere School of Ideology in Tanzania, which the Americans have misconstrued as a Chinese project yet in actual fact it is not," the Secretary General said.
"As has been discussed before, the Former Liberation Movements and revolutionary parties are indeed under attack. There is therefore need to remain united with other sister parties within the region so as to thwart these attacks from our detractors."
