"Your leadership is a sacred trust embodying the very essence of our revolutionary struggle and future prosperity," says ZANU PF Secretary General Cde Advocate Jacob Mudenda.

Speaking during the ZANU PF Strategic Workshop for Provincial and District Chairmen at the Party Headquarters, Cde Mudenda underscored the need for these leaders to understand their role and show unwavering commitment to duty.

The Chairmen drawn from the country's ten Provinces are undergoing training to help build their capacity as leaders in a move aimed at growing the Party and ultimately achieving Vision 2030.

"As Provincial Chairmen and to a lesser extent the Chairmen of District Coordinating Committees DCCs, you bear the responsibility of translating the Party's Vision, Mission, Aims and Objectives into concrete and measurable outcomes through carefully designed Party programmes. Your role is, therefore, to convert these guiding principles into clear strategies, practical programmes and effective implementation frameworks at the Provincial and the DCC levels, ensuring that the Party programmes are actualized," said the Secretary General.

"The efficient administration of our Party is a practical necessity for achieving Vision 2030. Your role as Provincial Chairmen is paramount in this endeavour. By upholding our Vision, Mission, Aims, Objectives and Founding Values, and by embodying the attributes of effective leadership, you will undoubtedly chart a successful course for the Party in 2026 and beyond. Let us, therefore, recommit ourselves to these principles, working tirelessly and collaboratively to strengthen our Party and ensure the continued empowerment and economic emancipation of the people of Zimbabwe. Together, we shall achieve Vision 2030 and secure brighter for our Motherland, Zimbabwe."
