PRESIDENT MNANGAGWA, A MATURE STATESMAN: PB
Members to the 343rd Ordinary Session of the Politburo today commended President and First Secretary of ZANU PF Cde E.D Mnangagwa for raising the country's flag high during his Chairmanship of the SADC Organ on Politics.
The region has had a series of attacks from the enemy which has threatened the very existence of individual countries.
Speaking during a post Politburo press briefing at the ZANU PF Headquarters, Cde Patrick Chinamasa, the Acting Secretary for Information and Publicity shared the Politburo's pleasure at the work done
"The Politburo exuberantly expressed gratitude to His Excellency Cde President E.D Mnangagwa for raising the country's flag high as the outgoing Chairperson of the SADC Organ on Politics, Defense and Security Cooperation," Cde Chinamasa said.
"The Politburo praised the President and First Secretary for his commitment to regional unity, peace and security despite facing external threats aimed at disturbing peace in the region.
"Despite the spreading of falsehoods, the Politburo was enthusiastic and buoyed by the rising stature of President Mnangagwa in the region as a calm, collected, knowledgeable and mature Statesman."
