ZANU PF Youth League Executive members met this Wednesday at the Party Headquarters as they concluded their Constitutional mandate
"The year 2025 has been marked by impactful youth empowerment programmes that have transformed many lives across our nation. We extend our deepest gratitude to His Excellency, the President and First Secretary of ZANU PF, Cde Dr Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, for rolling out these programmes which continue to open doors of opportunity for the youth. His dedication to youth development remains a beacon of hope and an enduring source of inspiration for us all," Cde Machakaire said.
"Allow me also to appreciate and commend the efforts of progressive and patriotic Zimbabwean businessmen who have chosen to stand with the Second Republic in improving the livelihoods of our people, including the youth. Their commitment to national developments reflects the true spirit of patriotism, and their contributions continue to complement the work of the Party and Government."
Cde Machakaire urged the members to remain responsible and vigilant during the festive season.
"As the festive season approaches, i urge you all to remain responsible and vigilant. This period is often marked by increased travel and social activity, and it is important that we prioritise safety at all times. Let us encourage our communities to exercise caution on the roads and to celebrate in ways that uphold the values of respect, unity and peace. We must protect and preserve the gains we have worked so hard to achieve."
He took time to urge the members to be patriotic and disciplined.
"As I conclude, I must emphasize the importance of honest, hard work and the need for us to remain patriotic, disciplined and principled young leaders. Our conduct must always reflect the values of the Party and our commitment to serving our people."
