Matabeleland South Minister of State for Devolution and Provincial Affairs Hon Albert Nguluhve handed over six tractors and other farm implements to Mat South Youth League Executives in a move aimed at empowering them towards His Excellency Dr Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa's vision of an upper middle income society by 2030.

Youths across the country have also witnessed the rolling out of numerous empowerment schemes aimed at harnessing their strength and talent to building the Zimbabwe we all want.
