ZANU PF National Chairman, Cde Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri has challenged all Chairmen to effectively execute their role in order to build a strong Party.

Speaking during a ZANU PF Strategic Workshop with Provincial and District Chairmen, Cde Muchinguri-Kashiri said the two day workshop being held is aimed at building their capacity.

"I hope this seminar will serve as a catalyst for self-introspection, renewal and growth ultimately strengthening your leadership skills. This workshop's working definition of leadership is the art of influencing, inspiring, directing and empowering others to participate positively in a shared vision while fostering growth, shared success and accountability."

The National Chairman took time to inform the Chairmen that they are an information centre who must take the lead in building the Party.

The two day workshop is being attended by the Chairmen of all Party Wings, Provincial and Districts.
