War Veterans League National Executive Committee met in Harare this Thursday to add their support to Constitutional Amendment Bill Number 3.

Speaking from the ZANU PF Headquarters, Cde Douglas K. Mahiya, the League’s Secretary highlighted that, the “Veterans of the Liberation Struggle are 100 percent in support of CAB3. They say it is not just a legal instrument but a Covenant that secures dignity, recognition and empowerment of our war veterans. We are supporting it because it is our patriotic duty and a moral obligation.”

The Constitutional meeting is the first of the year and was characterized by presentations from speakers including Land Tenure Chairman, Cde Kudakwashe Tagwirei amongst others.
