ZANU PF WOMEN’S LEAGUE DONATES TOWARDS COVID19 FIGHT
IN a bid to support President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s fight against Covid-19 the Women’s league has donated 50 000 masks to be distributed equally among the country’s ten provinces.
Receiving the donation ahead of a Politburo meeting at ZANU PF headquarters, President Mnangagwa applauded the Women league for its contribution as it will go a long way in the fight against Covid-19.
“I want to thank the Women’s League for the gesture and supporting the fight against Covid 19. The fight against Covid-19 is everyone’s responsibility and that is why we imposed the lockdown as life is important. I received a letter from Cde Chinomona requesting for material to sew masks and I’m happy with what you have done”.
Speaking at the same ceremony Secretary for Women’s Affairs in the ZANU-PF Politburo Cde Mabel Chinomona thanked President Mnangagwa for his unwavering support to the Women League’s programmes.
She said in President’s Mnangagwa the Party had a leader who was committed to their welfare and well-being of the general populace.

Since President Emmerson Mnangagwa announced a lockdown to fight Covid 19, the governing ZANU PF Party has undertaken a number of programmes to support its members.
