Cde Taurai Kandishaya, Chairman of the African Youth Congress, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Russia’s Roscongress Foundation in Moscow aimed at promoting youth cooperation, the exchange of ideas, and trade opportunities.

Cde Kandishaya signed the agreement alongside Roscongress CEO Mr Alexander Stuglev, describing it as an opportunity to strengthen partnerships among young people, businesses, and other stakeholders in Russia and beyond.

Cde Kandishaya also commended President Dr Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa’s Engagement and Re-engagement Policy, crediting it with opening opportunities for international cooperation and youth participation.
