ZANU PF Acting Deputy Secretary for Youth Affairs Cde Tendai Chirau says EFF’s Julius Malema is under qualified to comment on the internal affairs of Zimbabwe.
A hashtag Zimbabweanlivesmatter has been doing the rounds after the 31 July demo massively flopped as if to justify to the funders of the demo that the organisers did not fail. A large grouping of South Africans seemed very vocal of Twitter as well airing their concerns and support about and for the people of Zimbabwe.
Speaking during a Press Conference held at the Party Headquarters today, Cde Chirau said Malema should shelve his concerns to his own backyard where he must protect the Zimbabwean lives he professes to care about.
“The ZANU PF Youth League is resolutely unshaken
“Zimbabwe is a sovereign state with a democratically elected government under the leadership of His Excellency Cde E.D Mnangagwa and as such, will not brook any interference from puppets and their handlers.
Cde Chirau challenged Malema to protect Zimbabwean lives during xenophobic attacks in his own backyard if he is truly concerned about them.
“If Malema is truly more concerned about Zimbabwean lives that the Zimbabwean government, as he would have his gullible audience believe, then he should be at the forefront in defending them from the poisonous culture of targeted xenophobia endemic in his own country. He should be organizing his noisy demonstrations to that end. That is precisely where his energies are more relevant.”
Cde Chirau added that ZANU PF has had Zimbabwean lives at heart as seen through the sacrifices of the gallant sons and daughters of Zimbabwe during the liberation struggle.
“ZANU PF has, from its very foundation, been at the heart of Zimbabwean lives.
“Under the current Second Republic, captained
This is the month of our heroes and heroines during which the country honours the sacrifices made to liberate Zimbabwe from colonial rule. Many gallant sons and daughters of Zimbabwe died while others were maimed as they fought the Smith regime. Their sacrifices will forever be cherished.
