Cde Permanent Sibanda, Lupane Constituency District Development Committe Chairman says Lupane East has been given another chance to correct its mistake. 

Speaking on the sidelines of the Lupane East Constituency by-election campaign launch by the Party’s Secretary General Cde Obert Mpofu, Cde Sibanda said the particular seat is therefore done and dusted.

"We want to thank the Secretary General for the ruling Party Cde Obert Mpofu for giving his time to this particular Constituency to rally the electorate to give all the support to Cde Phathisiwe Machangu as we go towards the by-elections in December. We are happy and eager, and we want to work collectively as the team in this campaign. We also want to ensure that all our pledges and promises to this particular Constituency are met by 9 December."

He added that he was happy that "We have been given another chance. We have covered ground, eliminated our mistakes, and we know that this time round ZANU PF never makes mistakes with corrections. These particular corrections are done and dusted. We are home and dry with this particular seat."

The ZANU PF representative for Lupane East Constituency will be Cde Phathisiwe Machangu.
