This coupled with the call by His Excellency President Emmerson Mnangagwa to have the country being built by its own people, Tshambo continues to work tirelessly to build his community.
Having suffered after the death of his father, Tshambo has vowed to make sure others do not go through the same.
Since 2008, his companies have been involved in the building and refurbishment of schools such as BH 36 Primary School, Masue Primary, Dadani Vocational, Breakfast, Chimbombo, Simakande, Vulindlela Secondary, Sidobe Secondary, Batoka Secondary, Matetsi Secondary and Cheumba Primary School, as well as Leonah and Batoka clinics.
Apart from his People Link Tours, the construction and refurbishment of 11 schools and two clinics, his Buy a Brick Foundation, Irock Lodge, his latest has been the installation of two solar-powered boreholes for the St Mary's community.
"I am in the process of installing two solar-powered boreholes for the St Mary's community so that the people can be able to have nutritional gardens," Cde Tshambo said.
"11 village heads with one village head having 30 homesteads making a total of at 1650 people are set to benefit from this project."
