Vongai Manungo The UGLY internal fights for the control of the soul of MDC has escalated with the rumors that self exiled  Jonathan Moyo is seeking to take control of the organisation using CIA backed funds.The party while  rattling from the shocking Supreme Court ruling and subsequent withdrawal of key and most vocal MPs from parliament, has failed to pay employees for the last 2 months and is desperate for a bailout. Smelling blood, Jonathan is willing to help, albeit with conditions. One of the key terms is bringing Hopewell Chingono  in a key position as the spokesperson of the new party, a decision that is being met with resistance by hardliners due to his alleged sexual orientation and perennial flip flopping.Hwende is said to be preferring  Amos Chibaya to be the face of the party during the ongoing fights with the Khupe faction. On the other hand embattled Chamisa is reported to be desperate for funding and reportedly willing to go to bed with Moyo and team.Key MDC players are busy consulting since they are overwhelmed with confusion and desperation and in the next 24hrs will be very interesting for the already struggling party.
