ZANU PF Secretary for Finance, Advocate Jacob Mudenda has challenged Party members to tow the Party line.
During the Policy and Coordination meeting held at the Party headquarters this Monday morning, Cde Mudenda who stood in for the Secretary General Cde Obert Mpofu said it is imperative that Comrades heed to the call by the First Secretary, His Excellency, President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa.
"Last week, during the 378th Politburo Meeting, His Excellency, the President and First Secretary of the Party challenged the Party to resolutely oppose statements and actions that undermine or distort our correct line of the revolution. He emphasised that, all moves to damage the interests of the people of our great motherland tamper with our unity, social harmony, development interest, sovereignty, security and overall national stability should be decisively dealt with," he said.
"Comrades, this is a clarion call from our leader to ensure that the interests of our great nation are met. The Party should, therefore, heed the call by His Excellency, the President and First Secretary of the Party.
"The President further warned unruly elements within the Party against abusing various media platforms and causing alarm, despondency, sowing disunity and advancing misguided, nefarious political agendas within the country and the Party."
