It's exactly 15 days since we began the year 2024 and it has begun differently for each of us.
For some, it has started on a high note with resignations from one job and a start on another.
For the farmers, these rains have brought relief to those who risked planting despite warnings that there would be drought. Seeing their crop nourished and doing extremely well in the fields cannot but give them so much satisfaction and the energy to go on.
For others, it has begun with tears on our cheeks as we have mourned our loved ones. This is the reality of how things have begun and with so much hope and desire that the losses do not continue.
For this year's classes of excellence, the writing classes, that is, there is a hope to surpass the 2023 pass rate and explore a whole new different world of opportunities.
Each company and industry has set targets for this year which they will work hard towards achieving.
These have also been set at the individual level, with some hoping to make more money this year.
Like last year, some will take the whole year to set targets, which they will once again fail to achieve.
Ask yourself what it is that you need to achieve well ahead of time and find ways in which you can achieve the set targets.
Unfortunately, some people are just like wandering spirits who blow whichever way the wind blows. Swimming with the current and achieving nothing most of the time.
It doesn't hurt a soul to ask those who seem to have made it so as to learn a thing or two in order to change your course of life. However, be wary of the devils who will get you into money-making-cults because you are simply lazy to work in the hours or put some extra effort. Remember, Rome was not built in a day.
Find and use links in order to move forward. Learn how those who have gone before you have made it and apply the same tactics, if not better.
If you haven't already done it, get that 2024 to do list cracking. The best is yet to come. This is the year 2024 and with it comes so much. What you give is what you get if not more.
