The Revolutionary and Democratic Party continues to seek broad based development and economic emancipation of the people as the First Secretary, President Emmerson Mnangagwa launched yet another agricultural masterpiece under the Presidential livestock inputs support programme in piggery production .

Under the leadership of President Mnangagwa various agricultural initiatives espoused in the Agriculture recovery Plan such as, the Pfumvudza Concept, the Blitz Soil Conditioning Programme, and the Agriculture Extension Worker and the economy has been introduced.
In launching the Command Livestock programme in piggery, President Mnangagwa vowed that his administration would prioritise economic development through agriculture and not politics.
The Revolutionary Party has remain in track in realising that the agricultural sector remains the biggest employer under the new order in the country hence transformation in this sector will create massive job opportunities for our people in many areas through. President Mnangagwa said it was important for Government to put forward a programme for those who were willing to be empowered and also saluted the sponsors Triple C Private Limited, a subsidiary of Innscor’s Colcolm pork subsidiary, for donating the piglets. “Success in agriculture is a result of concerted efforts among all critical players. We remain committed to a private sector-led and Government-enabled economic development trajectory as enunciated in the Transitional Stabilisation Programme.
