Speaking from the State House today, President Nguema Mbasogo said, "Your Excellency, President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, it is a great honour to take part in this signing ceremony. I was to express my gratitude for the bilateral cooperation and the economic development of our people.Today, we open more opportunities to consolidate already existing relations."

He urged his counterpart not to allow protocol documents to limit the bilateral relations but allow efficient mechanisms for economic transfer and sustainable development.
