ZANU PF Chief Whip in Parliament, Cde Pupurayi Togarepi says the decision by the people of Zimbabwe to support Constitutional Amendment Bill Number 3 shows simple mathematics.

He said this during an interview during which he highlighted that “The ZANU PF position on CAB3 was done at the Bulawayo and Mutare Conferences. The decision was that we support CAB3 and this is the position we are carrying as MPs,” Cde Togarepi said.

”The bill will sail through because during our consultations, 500 000 people said Yes while 2000 said No. It’s simple mathematics.”

He added that the mood in Parliament is exciting as Parliamentarians from both sides are happy and working harmoniously.
