Johane the 5th of Africa International Church Founder Archbishop Dr Andby Makururu has congratulated His Excellency, President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa on his assumption of the SADC Chairmanship.
President Mnangagwa took over Chairmanship during the 44th SADC Summit held in Harare last week.
Speaking during the 3rd Annual Conference held in Mvuma, Archbishop Makururu took time to relay his church's appreciation of the visionary leadership of President Mnangagwa while prophesying that the ruling leader is Zimbabwe's second Munhumutapa.
"We would like to congratulate His Excellency, President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa on becoming the SADC Chairman. This shows the trust bestowed on him by the region and his sound leadership," Archbishop Makururu said.
"The visionary leadership that he has shows that he is Zimbabwe's second Munhumutapa who is here to uplift the lives of the people of Zimbabwe."
Numerous congregates from the region are in Mvuma to attend the conference which is being held under the theme, "Growing and consolidating the church towards sustainable development".
