President and First Secretary of the ZANU PF Party Cde Emmerson Mnangagwa has ordered the urgent implementation of skeletal staff directive at the Party Headquarters as the Party moves towards protecting its employees and members.Opening the Ordinary Session of the Politburo this Wednesday, President Mnangagwa said only two staff members per department should report to work rotationally to avoid unnecessary crowding.“Only a third of employees should report to work, even here at the Party Headquarters. Let us disseminate the correct message of reassurance and hope” he said.The measures are with immediate effects.
