By Margaret Kamba

ZANU PF First Secretary and President, His Excellency, Cde Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa has commended his Party staff for the unwavering commitment rendered throughout the year.

Speaking during the 380th session of the Politburo Bureau at the Party headquarters this Thursday, President Mnangagwa said the staff's collective efforts brought about successes recorded.

"I once again commend you all, including Party directors and staff, at Headquarters and across Provinces and Districts for your unwavering commitment to the work of our Party," President Mnangagwa said.

"Your individual and collective efforts were instrumental in the success of Party programmes and activities during the course of the year. The spirit of servant leadership and determination to wholeheartedly serve the Party and people of our motherland, Zimbabwe, should remain our guiding beacon into the new year. Congratulations for a job well done.

"As we take time off during this festive season, let us join our families and the Party membership, across villages and wards, in celebrating the Unity Day, Christmas, and New Year Holidays. As a Party and nation, we remain thankful to Almighty God for His protection , preservation, and provision.

"Finally, on my own behalf and that of my family, I wish the Politburo and the Party membership as a whole, a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year."
