FROM THE DIRECTOR'S OFFICE  If you want to understand what has been going on in the MDCs, whether MDCT, MDCN, MDC99, MDC Renewal, MDC-PDP, MDCAlliance, MDCK etc, consider the foundation of the formation.    It was not even a political party. It was a loosely assembled group of lawyers, civil society activists, trade unionists, tribalists, idiots, cashivists, pseudo academics, gay-lesbian activists, former sex workers, sanctionists, anarchists, money-mongers, ex-rhodesians, criminals, war deserters, former student activists, among other specific interest groups.  That alliance did not last, because it was not founded on any sustainable common interest. One by one, sector by sector, they trooped out of the house that Morgan Tsvangirai built.   You will remember Tafadzwa Musekiwa, Munyaradzi Gwisai, Professor Welshman Ncube, Gibson Sibanda, Tendai Biti, Grace Kwinjeh, Elton Mangoma, Gorden Moyo, Job Sikhala, Priscilla Misihairabwi, Margaret Matibenga, Roy Bennett, Lovemore Madhuku, and many others.   Each time all of these bolted out of Harvest house and formed their parties, they were said to be on the payroll of ZANU PF, the Party of the masses and the Party of Liberation. No one among the MDCs has cared to tell us since when did Ncube, Mangoma, Biti, Sikhala and those they have labelled ZANU PF before ceased to be ZANU PF?   The truth is that the MDCs never mind how many they are, they are paying the price of being sworn puppets who mobilized illegal sanctions against Zimbabwe and her people. They have not started splitting as yet. They will split to the extent where every member of the party from the branch to the top will be forming their own party. Only the stupid will believe that repainting Harvest House will give the MDC a new lease of life.   Meanwhile, ZANU PF will be focused on the developmental trajectory and fulfilling the imperatives enunciated in the People's Manifesto of 2018
