Going a gear up to improve service delivery

By Margaret Kamba

At least 50 prophets of Johane the 5th of Africa International Church received their leadership training this Tuesday in a move aimed at improving the quality of service delivery.

The prophets from different branches have 5 Ordinary Levels which the church Founder, Archbishop Dr Andby Makururu said are now a basic requirement within the church.

"We now require that a prophet has 5 Ordinary levels which we believe give him or her a basic understanding of the people he serves. We have different characters who come into the church and he or she as a prophet must be able to deal with them properly if the church must grow.

"We have done training of other leadersh before to sharpen their skills as we move towards enhancing the church's role in the country's development agenda.

"It is also crucial for these leaders and prophets to understand the history of their country, their culture as it inculcates the love for their country."
