Fight against corruption continues says President .... he will not allow the Party to be a haven of criminals

The Revolutionary Party First Secretary and President Cde E D Mnangagwa has said the fight against corruption both in the Party and across the nation continues unabated and urge Zimbabweans to report all forms of corruption to responsible authorities. Giving his opening remarks to the 345th ordinary session of the Politburo, President Emmerson Mnangagwa said his administration will never allow the Party and government to be a haven of malcontents and criminals. "The fight against corruption both in the Party and in the country continues unabated..Gone are the days when members hide their status and abuse the name of the Party to propagate corruption. "ZANU PF and this administration will never allow the Party to be a haven of malcontents and criminals."said President Mnangagwa. President Mnangagwa also assured Party members and Zimbabweans at large a corrupt free Zimbabwe. "I thus exhort Party cadres and the citizenry at all levels in line with our national development agenda to be guarantors of a corrupt free Zimbabwe.Report all cases of corruption to ZACC and the ZRP." said President Mnangagwa. President Mnangagwa also said Party members must reflect on their conduct in order to achieve Vision 2030.  The President also urged members to remain vigilant and alive to detractors in particular the G40 cabal who abuse social media to vilify the country and the Revolutionary Party.
