ZANU PF Secretary General Cde Obert Mpofu has described the late December 12 Movement founder as a dedicated Pan-Africanist whose love for Zimbabwe was unparalleled.

Speaking during a Policy and Coordinating meeting held at the Party Headquarters this Monday, Cde Mpofu noted that Cde Plummer will forever be remembered.

"It is with a heavy heart that I announce that, last week we lost one of our most dedicated and loyal cadres, Cde Viola Plummer of the December 12 Movement. Cde Viola Plummer was one of the founding members of the December 12 Movement and was its current Chairperson," Cde Mpofu said.

"Cde Plummer was a rare revolutionary Cadre and a dedicated Pan-Africanist who had an unparalleled love for Zimbabwe. She will forever be remembered."
